Part cancellations will not be refunds with less than 2 weeks.

Clients can request a change of time or date upto 10 days before the excursion date. All changes are subject to availability.

On occasions, the tour may be cancelled due to weather conditions (the tour guide will make this decision). If this is the case, clients can request an alternative date, subject to availability or a full refund.

In addition, the guide may consider necessary to cancel or change the tour, just before departure or during the tour (the guides decision will be final). If the tour is interrupted, we will carefully consider the reasons and decide what money will be refunded.

If clients are under the influence of the alcohol or drugs which will endanger them during the tour, they won’t be able to participate and will have no rights to a refund.

If any client has an illness (asma, diabetes, anxiety) which may impede them from participating in any activities, they must inform both the guide and the person in charge at the activity centre.

It is essential to be able to swim to participate in water activities.
